a. User Credentials and Preferences

We collect and store user credentials and preferences to provide and personalize our services. This data is retained for as long as you maintain an active subscription with us and for up to 90 days thereafter.

b. Information about Your Documents

We do not upload searchable PDFs to our servers. However, the text extracted from such PDFs is stored and used for further processing. For non-searchable PDFs that are more than 5 pages long, we upload the documents to our servers for asynchronous text extraction. These files are deleted within 24 hours after the extraction is completed; however, if not immediately deleted, they are automatically cleaned up within 24 hours. The extracted text is used by our AI algorithms for classification, subclassification, transaction extraction, and analysis. This data is retained for the duration of your account's activity and for up to 90 days thereafter.

c. Server Logs

Our server logs contain operational data that is crucial for maintaining the security and performance of our services. Logs are rotated every few hours and are deleted after 3 business days.

d. Credit Card and Payment Information

We do not store any credit card details on our systems. All transactions involving credit or debit cards are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. We retain only your payment history to manage your account and to fulfill regulatory requirements.

The information we collect is used to:

• Improve, personalize, and expand our services.
• Understand and analyze how you use our services.
